Pauline Stuckey
Tracie Ramage
Instructor, RDA
Tracie grew up in Redding and moved to Sacramento in 1992. She attended Western Career College and received her RDA in 1996. Tracie worked in a general dental office for over eight years before returning to school to earn her Bachelor’s degree in 2003. She continued on to complete her Master’s Degree in Educational Technology in 2012. She has taught future dental assistants for the past 17 years.

She enjoys spending time with her nieces, twin sisters, family, and friends in her spare time. In the summer, she spends a lot of time cycling on the river trail, camping, and swimming by the pool.

Pauline Stuckey grew up in San Jose, CA, and moved to the Sacramento area after high school. She started her career in dental assisting when she took her young children to their dental appointments at Weideman Pediatric Dentistry. She obtained her Registered Dental Assistant license and worked for Dr. Weideman for seven years before changing her career to educate future dental assistants.

She has earned her associate's Degree in Dental Science. She has taught future dental assistants and registered dental assistants for fifteen years. She has since moved further into her career by developing the curriculum and as the Program Director for California Dental Educators.

She enjoys relaxing at the pool with her husband and German Shephard Dakota in her spare time, traveling to experience new places, and crossing items off their bucket list. One of her most memorable experiences was scuba diving in Bonaire with friends.
Marisa Sierer
Instructor, RDAEF OAP
Marisa grew up in the Sacramento area. She started in the dental field shortly after high school and trained on the job to become a dental assistant. She attended Sacramento City College to obtain the certifications needed to receive her RDA, which she received in 2002. 2008 Marisa attended the USCF School of Dentistry for her extended functions and received her RDAEF License in January 2009. In 2019, Marisa continued her training and received her OAP in 2020. Marisa has 19 years of experience in the dental field in both pediatric and adult dentistry and has loved working in the dental field and training others on dental assisting. Marisa has been with Smile Island Pediatric and Adult Dental Group for over ten years.

She likes camping with her family and friends in her spare time and baking with her daughter.
