8 Hour Infection Control

This course meets all requirements of the Dental Board of California to achieve the 8-Hour Infection Control Certification. This course is mandatory for all dental assistants, orthodontic assistant permits, oral surgery assistant permits, RDA applicants, and out-of-state dental assistants looking to acquire their California RDA license.

The program outline for the 8 Hour Infection Control Certification Course includes 4 hours of didactic (lecture) via homestudy and 4 hours of pre-clinical and clinical  instruction at our office location. Once the course has been completed and all competencies have been met, participants will receive a certificate in the 8-Hour Infection Control Course.
